The foundation my artwork have always been sketching and postcard sketching or drawing. Postcard was once a craze. As  world progress in more innovation modern society , writing  a postcard became secondary at time, a pieces of paper memento.

The main product of Marni Zainodin. Illustration & Sketches have always been  a postcard. Mainly the hand drawn postcard. It is with hope and continuity of old school way of life to reconnect and remembering  days of communication by sending postcard and mail.

Themed of most the artwork are botanical, flora and fauna , heritage, cultural, traveling  and landscape.                                       

 

Hand Drawn Postcard :  Each postcard are unique and one of its kind. Hand drawn with traditional methods  of drawing – ink and watercolour. The paper are 300 gsm watercolour paper. Each of postcards are plastic sealed and packaging of brown paper that can be DIY bookmark.  Subject of drawing are variation of  botanical, little trinket , flora & fauna.

Post card Print : Botanical , heritage and cultural  are themed in most of the artwork, postcard print are mass re-production of original artwork. Never the less , postcard represent a memories in its miniature size (  10 x 15 cm ) also lesson in history. Postcard print are packaging in set. 6 design related subject. Themed are range from heritage, landscape, flora & fauna.

 

Artwork  print : 2 size of poster print. A4 and A3. Themed of artwork are botanical . Inspired by nature, landscapes, iconic building. Additional artwork  print are sketches pages of flora & fauna – on going sketchbook project  since 2012.
